Had such a great experience here! Odin (hard working kid) was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, and the rest of the staff was just as amazing. The manager on duty and another gentleman working were all welcoming, hardworking, and genuinely seemed to care about the customers and the atmosphere. It’s rare these days to walk into a place where the whole team works together so well and treats people with such respect and positivity. The food was great, the restaurant was clean, and the customer service honestly made the experience stand out. Huge shoutout to Odin and the entire crew for making our visit awesome. We will definitely be back!!!

Food is always good for a fast food Italian restaurant. However, this locations needs some upkeep. I feel that maybe its management. The drinks station is always dirty, out of straws, napkins, etc. Literally every drink flavor I wanted was out or heavily diluted with water. There was also no tea available, so assuming their tea machine was out. Plates are so old and scratched up that they look worse than cafeteria trays. They used to provide silverware, but now you get the good ole plastic utensils. There were many times that we chose Fazolis over Olive Garden, but now with the prices being similar and no service, broken beverage machines, plastic silverware, dirty tables, and rundown serving plates. No longer worth the money. If you come here, just go through the drive thru, nothing special inside and no longer a place for a date or nice dinner.
Worst experience I’ve ever had at this location. Meat sauce barely contains any meat, I actually thought they gave me the wrong one. When I asked the manager she was defensive and tried to convince me that there actually was meat. I took a bite of what she pointed to and claimed it was meat and it was just a tomato. I suspect they have cut way down to save on cost, or maybe they legitimately forgot to put meat in this batch of sauce, or maybe the meat all settled to the bottom? Whatever the reason, there was no meat and the manager was rude about it. Then I tried to get lemonade and that was out of syrup. And then the tea machine was broken. Lunch for two cost $35 and was so disappointing. Could have gone across the street to Olive Garden and had a much better experience for the same price. At least if I complain there, they will pretend to care about my business. Never again at this location. Sad because it used to be good.

2 stars — not for the food, but for the service. I’m a regular and love the pizza, and I’ve always had great experiences and customer service here. However, today’s experience was disappointing.
When I asked about drinks, the cashier rudely told me to look at the menu instead of answering. I then waited about 10 minutes for my order, and when my food was brought out, I was told “for future reference” to park somewhere else. I intentionally avoided handicap and designated spots out of respect for others.
This one interaction made me feel as if I was bothering her, which was disappointing as a loyal customer.
No matter the situation, if someone is being kind to you, treat them with kindness as you would like to be treated. I understand we all have good days and bad days, but when someone approaches with kindness, it should be met the same way—without unnecessary comments

From the moment we walked in to the time we sat down and ate our meal. One employee stood out and I wanted to make sure we took the time to recognize him (Odin) and his manager. The customer service that was exhibited was something I haven't experienced in a long time. Our food was presented to us very quickly, where in past experiences with Fazzolis, we waited for up to 15 - 20 minutes. Odin, not only assisted his cashier and telling him what a good job he did, to cleaning tables wh I le also ensuring / following-up with everyone to see if there was anything else they needed. Well done Odin, Manager and Fazzolis. We will be back.
