Both friendly, and service oriented, my food was MADE for me and handed to me with a warm thank you and smile. Will be returning and bringing my friends to this location.

We waited almost half an hour for a meatball sub and Alfredo and when we got it it was cold. Ended up having to ask for a refund because of the wait and how our food came out but Odin and the manager (girl with blue hair) were very nice about the whole thing and were apologizing profusely and definitely made it right. Unfortunate. We like eating here, I've never had to wait that long for a cold meal but thankfully it was not a hassle to try and get a refund. Thank you Odin and manager kelli for making it right. Edit: we were brought breadsticks while we waited but still waited too long for our meal
