    I was having a bad day today and the worker made me have a better night and I enjoyed the coffee ! Perfect everytime I come and never a long wait!

    This applies to every location. For 4 months after a location opens you can expect a coffee in about 60 seconds after you pay. which is what brings to a Dutch brothers over any other coffee spot. After about 4 months something happens that you can expect to wait 10 minutes behind each car ahead of you. And you typically always do because they walk right to your vehicle to take your order and dont mention the 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes and my 11$ drink being wrong I just didn't have the time to ask for a replacement. Wipe around/under the lid, my incorrect coffee is dripping all over my cup holder/center console.

    Usually really good service but last few times there's been huge lines and nobody is outside taking orders like normal. Cars were backing out of DT when possible so ik I wasn't the only one wondering what was taking so long

    I’ve been to Dutch Bros multiple times and have had consistently great experiences every time! The drinks are always delicious, the atmosphere is great, and the customer service is always friendly and welcoming. I also wanted to give a special shoutout to Trent and Tatum for being such great employees and making Dutch Bros a place I always enjoy coming back to. It’s always nice to see friendly faces and have great customer service when stopping in. Overall, I’ve had nothing but positive experiences at Dutch Bros and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for great drinks and great service! 5 stars all the way!

    This is my favorite Dutch bros to go to! The staff is always friendly and helpful! Line is always quick and orders are taken in the order the cars actually came up in. The manager Trenton goes above and beyond in my opinion with customer service! He remembers things about the regulars and asks about them in the future! He is always very uplifting and makes your day better than it was when you drove up!
