    Did an online order and I still had to wait 20-25 mins for my drink what’s the point of ordering ahead of time if it’s gonna take they’re gonna take their sweet ass time

    The staff is friendly and makes drinks well but clearly there’s a disconnect- this location is IMPRESSIVELY slow. It doesn’t matter how many people are in front of you, it will take 30 minutes easily. I can’t tell if they’re just always understaffed or just moving too slowly, but there have been multiple times when I did have time to stop for a drink on my way somewhere, but had to bail from the line because I was made late. This is all times of day too, 6am, noon, 3pm. I’ve started going out of my way to go to the one on 84th despite working off 104th because It’s faster to get off at a different exit than to just go to the one on the way…

    I have always loved dutch bros and have found the drinks and service amazing, however, time and time again I have had negative experiences at this particular location. This location is the closest to me but I normally avoid stopping here because it is often that my drinks are made incorrectly and/or the broistas are continuously rude. I decided to give this location another chance and I regret it. There were only two cars ahead of me in line but I was waiting for over 10 minutes and my car started overheating so I had to pull out of the drive thru and park to deal with my car. My car completely broke down and I was generally not having a good day already. I went ahead and went to the walk up window to get the drink that I paid for previously hoping for it to make my day a bit better, and I explained my situation to the barista. She asked me for what I ordered, I work at starbucks and accidentally said grande instead of medium, honest mistake, but the barista said back to me in a snarky tone "sorry I don't speak starbucks, what even is that?" I tried to laugh it off explaining I was sorry and it's a habit for me and that it was a medium... she did not seem to care and continued to be rude. She asked me for my drink order two more times. Then I had to wait another 10 minutes for my drink to be remade and it did not taste like it was made correctly at all. I'm super disappointed and as someone who works in customer service I can't imagine talking to customers the way most of the baristas do here. If you're able to go to another dutch bros location, please do for your own sake.
