  Don't order from here unless you want to reheat all of your food to enjoy it because they make you wait for 5 minutes to give you cold, soggy food. Every order of potato cakes has been cold, floppy and greasy, the fries are never fresh and even the roast beef tastes old and dried out. I grew up on Arby's and this location is always such a huge disappointment.

  I know that coming to fast food restaurants it's hard to find workers that are really really good at customer service let alone care about their customers. That being said, I had a young lady at the Arby's on 104th Ave named Emily take my order take my order. I wanted to give her a shout out because her customer service was second to none and I made a mistake when I ordered and not only did she make it right but she did it with a smile

  I really enjoyed the cheese steak sandwich I had. I filled me up so much that I wasn't hungry all night.
