  There were only two people working. The number of people working wasn't the problem, it was the lack of urgency and effort the two employees had. I watched 2 people walk in, wait for a little, and then walk out after no one talked to them. I waited 10 min for 1 sandwich. It was very clear they are paid by the hour

  No cars in line behind me whatsoever the restaurant is dead and I'm told to go wait in front of the restaurant and my food will be brought right out.10 minutes later I still don't have my food. What's the point of having me drive to the front of the store If there's no cars behind me? It takes 10-12 minutes to make a sandwich and some fries?

  I ordered online with DoorDash, which I did not have a problem with. The problem I do have, is they don’t send you any sauce. no Arby’s sauce no horseradish sauce. You’re ordering from Arby’s for God sakes you think they would send some Arby’s sauce with it?no, just a lame. Bland sandwich.

  My wife and I went through the drive thru and ordered something new and they were both an absolute disappointment. I tried the BBQ pulled pork and my wife had the ham and Swiss, both were a very small sandwich and the pork was dry and chewy. They need to stick with the beef and cheddar, those rarely disappoint.
