My wife and I walked into Allred’s without a reservation and had an amazing experience. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff were super knowledgeable and friendly, they made us feel right at home. The bouillabaisse was outstanding, and the hushpuppies were just as delicious. This is actually my first review ever because the night was truly unforgettable and needed to be talked about. We’re already looking forward to coming back and happy to start a new tradition!

We had a phenomenal meal at Allred's last night. The entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. The food was incredible and the wine list was amazing. We enjoy fine dining and this was one of the best we have experienced. A lot of restaurants attempt the classics, but this restaurant actually delivers. Oh, and the views are second to none. We can't wait to return.
Frankly, we were surprised by some of the negative reviews. My husband has been a chef for 18+ years (including working fine dining) and we own our own restaurant. Allred's is absolutely a top tier establishment.

Disappointing…
Came to Allreds, from the great reviews online. Could not be more disappointed. We kept running out of water and we had to ask multiple times for refills. Rude service; with no presence from management. Would not recommend.

Had dinner here in the winter, gondola ride up to restaurant is fun, also cool when you are going down- but you don't need to go to Allred's to do that, gondy is free.
For the price, the food is at best upscale banquet food. Also the decor in the place is very dated- the carpet in the place reminded me of an old school ski lodge. Quite crowded and loud, a lot of tables spread out.
Wine selection is great though- however, you are going to pay for it. Overall C+/B-, 5.5/10. The Texans love it

Really disappointing dinner.
We came to eat at the bar after hearing such great things about Allreds. It was by far the most disappointing dinner we had in telluride. Server seemed rude and did not have great knowledge on any of the food. Cocktails were extremely disappointing and off-tasting. Not to mention the price. Places like the grand and national while having similar price points actually delivered in terms of quality drinks and food. Management doesn’t seem to train staff very well, and was completely non-existent during our meal. Only good thing about dinner was the view. Will not be coming back
