  Went to plenty of other whataburgers and this ine has the worst service by far. I was trying to ask a woman close to the counter simply for more ketchup and she wasted my time. I said excuse me twice and she just stands there quietly like I’d walk away and then she tells the employee that was already helping us to go back to the front because something must be wrong. I did see her grabbing catering boxes but that does not mean you just ignore a customer and force your employees to go to the front when it would’ve taken you less time to just answer me than wasting my time and your breathe ordering your employees around.

  I was completely ignored by the five employees there when I came in. After waiting several minutes I noticed a kiosk tucked away in a corner to order from. Someone dropped my food off at the table I was waiting at without saying a word. Foolishly I didn't check my order before getting back on the road but my dessert was missing. The restaurant was impeccably clean, likely due to the lack of customers as there were several employees seated together ignoring the other two customers who came in. I heard great things about Whataburger but between the mediocre and missing food as well as the lack of service I won't be back and I'll encourage others to look elsewhere.

  Second time in a row the drive through took over 10 minutes with only one car ahead and the order was wrong. I didn't have another 10 minutes so we're just dealing with the disappointment. In N Out is further but with the speed here that might not even matter.

  Came down from Castle Rock after working a 10 hour day hoping to get a good meal, and....it was not. Ordered via drive through. Drove all the way back home to discover my burger had no potato bun, no cheese, no mayo, no grilled onions, no bbq sauce, I asked for no tomato or lettuce both were put on it with just mustard and pickles. Chucked the burger in the trash, and ate the onion rings, and now having to find something else to eat. Very dissapointed in a first time visit that will now be my last:( Doesn't appear anyone in charge is reading all the negative reviews and looks like reoccurring issues that aren't being addressed.

  This is one of the worst Whataburger experiences I’ve had. The food was good, and what I’d expect from other locations, however the service is horribly underperforming. When we arrived and placed our order it was apparent there were no other customers there at the time. We waited probably 15 minutes in the drive thru. Multiple people tried giving us the wrong drinks or having to ask what we ordered again. The back seemed to have multiple high school aged kids running the place that were out of it or high. Who knows.
