  I’ve now had two times at this location where either my pizza was inedible due to too many ingredients being put on when I did NOT ask for extra, or this time my half and half pizza only came with one set of the toppings, leaving someone without food to eat. Both times I was offered a credit. The first time I never received the credit at all. This time I haven’t received it yet, but I was offered $5 less than the pizza cost and was rushed off the phone and hung up on when I requested the credit be enough to replace the pizza since this location closes early and couldn’t fix it. Honestly I’m just going to drive all the way down to Union and Briargate at this point from now on. I’ve had some very good experiences here, but I’ve also had them forget to start my food, be inconsistent about topping amounts, and now this. I doubt the credit will show up as it’s not there yet and the last one never came. Make the drive to a different location if you’re doing carryout anyway.

  Terrible service. Employees need to be replaced. They are taking it down. I ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza and it came with no cheese on the pizza. How does that happen. They saw the problem and sent me out the door anyway. Lazy employees that do not care at all and it shows. The service last time I attempted to order was so bad I hung up on them and went somewhere else. Fire your managers. They are ruining your Monument reputation. Zero on everything. It used to be great.

  Brandon never once used gloves. I saw him take money from a customer and proceeded to grab the pizzas and cheese with his hands. I get it if he would wash his hands but he never once did through out the 20 minutes I was waiting for one medium pizza.

  We ordered wings and a few other things from here but we messed up on our first order so we placed a second order. And we only tipped on the first order, so we go in to pick up both orders and the girl was super put out and rude that we didn’t tip on the second, terrible costumer service I went to corporate to file a complaint, and it’s been just an awful experience over all, they haven’t gotten back to me yet and I don’t really care anymore. they’re way of getting ahold of them is time consuming and frustrating. Their food here is very inconsistent it’s really good, then you go back and it’s kinda gross and it’s definitely the most expensive chain pizza. so no love lost. Also, when we pulled up the girl was kinda getting into it with a door dash driver lol
