  Ordered a 10$ meal, and asked if they could run it across the street and was told yes, 1.5 hrs later I had to call cuz I still didnt have it... when I finally got it it was hrs old and had been sitting in a warmer till it was hard and awful, got charged for sauce that I never got, now I just feel bad for even tipping

  I was so sick off the pizza that was delivered... and a pizza, boneless wings, and a cookie for 53 bucks? In my book, you are now at the bottom of the fast food chain. What you used to be vs what you are now......shameful. Mountain Mike's is now my "go to" (second: Walters 303). I encourage others to do the same. Prices are comparable with a very satisfactory product.

  I’ve now had two times at this location where either my pizza was inedible due to too many ingredients being put on when I did NOT ask for extra, or this time my half and half pizza only came with one set of the toppings, leaving someone without food to eat. Both times I was offered a credit. The first time I never received the credit at all. This time I haven’t received it yet, but I was offered $5 less than the pizza cost and was rushed off the phone and hung up on when I requested the credit be enough to replace the pizza since this location closes early and couldn’t fix it. Honestly I’m just going to drive all the way down to Union and Briargate at this point from now on. I’ve had some very good experiences here, but I’ve also had them forget to start my food, be inconsistent about topping amounts, and now this. I doubt the credit will show up as it’s not there yet and the last one never came. Make the drive to a different location if you’re doing carryout anyway.

  Terrible service. Employees need to be replaced. They are taking it down. I ordered a large pepperoni pan pizza and it came with no cheese on the pizza. How does that happen. They saw the problem and sent me out the door anyway. Lazy employees that do not care at all and it shows. The service last time I attempted to order was so bad I hung up on them and went somewhere else. Fire your managers. They are ruining your Monument reputation. Zero on everything. It used to be great.
