- GCGerard Chiusano4 days ago1.0If I order chicken strips or french fries, I like to dip them in the tangy barbecue sauce. I always order using the McDonald’s app. In the app, you can order several of these sauces for no charge. I would normally order two or three. All of a sudden, when I order three they gave me two, without explanation. When I asked at the counter they explained that the new owner makes you purchase any additional ones. I did that, but I was upset that the app gave one price and the store charged something additional. I tried it again today, ordering two sauces, but received only one. I contacted the corporation this week to complain about the discrepancy between the app and the store, inquiring how many other menu items are charged above what the app indicates, and I did not receive a satisfactory response other than to say that that’s just the way it is. I urge people to avoid this restaurant location and to go somewhere else until the new owner wises up and does not commit borderline consumer fraud.

- TRtadd richertMay 2, 20263.0I included apple slices in my in-app order and when picking up thank you at drive thru they said, is this the order with apple slices and I said yes but we didn’t get the apple slices. Then when I went inside to get the apple slices they completely ignored me until I said excuse me after 5 minutes, then they finally gave me the apple slice. Dont recommend!!!!!
