  Absolutely garbage. We order from here hoping they will get better. Once again made an order at 10:10 and at 10:50 walks in a uber eats driver…. We didn’t order from uber eats. We are also on Jackson creek pkwy which is just across from Jimmy John’s… guess we will no longer be ordering because they just can’t get it together no matter how many chances. Excuse today was our only driver did not show up today. It’s Saturday and you have one person staffed. Fix your place

  Staff 5/5 and shoutout to Alec and Brycen. Still think JJ has gone down in food quality but they're better than most fast food and it's not the fault of the staff. I blame corporate for that one.

  I was hesitant to stop at this Jimmy John's because of all the bad reviews, but I had time constraints and it was the closest. I came here around noon on a Saturday. The employee working the register was having some issues, another person who I suspect might have been the manager helped them. No big deal. Sandwiches were great. It was fast. Everything you expect from Jimmy John's.
