  I came in Friday for an early lunch and to a few things for work on my iPad, I asked the employee what his favorite sandwich he said club I asked for light mayo and mustard the girl doing the toppings was rude as hell her attitude in general was unacceptable for a place you’re serving people. I was completely nice to these crew as I left even thank them and even said have an nice day no response not from one of them and they were three in there the worst customer service and atmosphere I have been too plus the meat in the sandwich did not taste good. Had a bad smell $12 down the drain never stopping there again when I am working there!

  I sat in the drive thru for almost an hour. Only 3 cars in front of me. No apology at all for the outrageous wait time. I'm currently writing this from the window where I have sat for 25 minutes...for just 2 sandwiches!

  I ordered online at 11:10 am for drive through pick up and waited 51 minutes before I made it to the window as I was 5 cars deep. Once I made it to the window, they told me they did not make the hero sandwich anymore, but it was still available to order online so they had to make a new sandwich. They then made me the wrong sandwich. By the time I got out of there, it was an hour and four minutes for two sandwiches! I wouldn’t have waited Had I not already paid for the sandwiches. Seriously it’s always something with this store but this was the worst experience.

  Jimmy John’s taught me patience, perseverance, and the fleeting nature of earthly desires. Two hours later, a sandwich arrived. The cookie prevented a class-action lawsuit. Would order again only if planning tomorrow’s lunch today.
