    Went to get an Oreo blizzard today. After making it 3/4 of the way through my ice cream, I pulled a solid string of something yellow out of my mouth. After dumping it in the sink to examine it, I found SEVERAL more pieces of this disgusting stuff. Absolutely appalled by this and will not be returning.

    Can a Sonic at 3:00 p.m. on a Friday with only three other cars at this location to installs one in a drive-thru window not looking very busy. Reason why I chose to pull in. I had my young daughter ask me if we could eat on the patio, so we parked and came to the patio. We went to place the order on the patio (and I think the menu boards are broken because even as I have sat here and ate the little button is still lit up waiting for someone to answer) push the button and waited for a full 5 minutes to be acknowledge. It never happened so we had to get back in our car, go through the drive-through,(still waited 10minutes for food)place order through the drive-through, park, get back out get to the patio, and allow time to eat. Two things that have me a little upset over this. I used to work at this location and it used to run as a very well-oiled machine. Don't seem to know who management is or potentially could be and they don't honestly seem interested in having a successfully ran restaurant. Another thing is if I would have impressed for time I would have been driving off either leaving an unpaid ticket or driving off without the food I paid for. When Harry is literally nobody else placing an order at the restaurant it should not take me 20 minutes at a fast food restaurant to receive food. If we were in the middle of the rush I would absolutely be understanding but considering it was dead is dead could be when I got here it does not make sense Noticing there's consistent very generic responses about the incredibly poor customer service and insane long wait times for a fast food restaurant. Sonic in Montrose used to hold itself to the standard of 3 minutes from the time you order to the time food was in your hand ....Don't know what happened to it, but the owner nor management nor this staff is clearly interested in fixing anything sad to say

    The BOY, who attempted to collect $ from me was delusional. My drink, $3.82. I give him $20.85, he hands me back 3 cents, and says thank you, have a nice day. I’m like, bro, I gave you $20.85…he then comes back with $14 change. Then I have to wait, BRO, I gave you…you gave me… I had $2 for a tip, but his slam the window in my face attitude? Lastly my order was a berry citrus refresher… Are you told that putting all the berry concentrate at bottom, and not mixing the drink is protocol??? Wow!!! I’d give zero stats if applicable. Worst customer service EVER!!!

    Was here for 15 minutes, pushed the red button several times for service & was ignored. Nobody took our order. I think best chance of actually getting service would be through drive thru.

    Ordered 2 drinks through the app for pick up, ordered 10 mins BEFORE we showed up. Sat there for over 40 mins in the pick up stall and never got our drinks. Finally went through the drive thru and had to tell them our order again and waited another 10 mins in line. 50 min wait is inexcusable for ANY drive thru spot let alone for 2 drinks. Next time just let me go in and make it plz! Go to 7-Brew for drinks, it’ll save you 45 mins.
