I stood at the counter, Didn't pay any attention more interested in the phone call that she handed to the employee who walked by!! She held her index finger up at me as to say I'll be with you in a minute ( Really a finger!! Ok I wait, and waited( more interested in listening to phone call between employees) Well I decided she was going to wait on me after I stood there for several minutes so I put my money and about that time she comes over" And What Do you want!!! Really!! How Rude!! Is that good customer service" And I looked her in the face and told !! Nothing!! You are Rude!! So I go out to my vehicle to call the manager and guess what!!!! The same person answered the phone ( service desk) And still Rude on the phone!! I was put on Hold!! For a few minutes another person comes on and I tell her " May I please talk to the manager,!! Ok well I was put on Hold again for a little while again!! Again another person comes on the phone!! Are you the manger!! No!! Buy then I was livid!! How unprofessional staff you have there!! Horrible customer service after reading all the reviews I can understand why!!
