- RMRussell MaestasApr 24, 20261.0I wish I could give 0.5 star. I placed my order online and waited the tracking said it would arrive at 7:26pm come 8:00pm nothing I called the store to check the status. They said it was made and at the store I advised it was for delivery. The woman said she’d have a driver out soon. 36 minutes later still no delivery. The ONLY reason I would give 0.5 star instead of a zero is because when I called. I spoke with Thomas he was polite and professional. He canceled my order and advised of my refund. From start to finish over and hour and a half. Completely unacceptable. Do not order from here.

That is the worst service ever and the food is not very good either!!

I ordered ahead for perfect pick up.... they must have made it at noon. The cookie was even hard as a rock. Very disappointing and not place for feed back on the site.....wonder why?

The man at the counter who was working said in a rude tone and mannerism with a not so friendly voice " can I help you?" And I said excuse me and he said it again. We replied that yes you. An help us we'd like to order food. He stated that they were closed inside. I said but your sign says your open till 11on Friday. He just said sorry. So we went to Dairy Queen instead. The owner of DQ must be raking in the cash because that place was so packed !! I will never support Pizza Hut in Monte Vista ever again.
