  We came in and got 8 items not meals just simple things me and my brother waited for an entire hour for our food 8 different people came in ordered food and got theres quickly once we finally got out food it was cold nothing was made right and they forgot 2 items. Not to mention the customer service there was a girl who kept sneezing without covering her face WHILE making food the other girl who took our order had hickeys all over her neck and wasn't wearing her hair up properly.

  If you're a delivery driver DO NOT take orders from this tacobell. I figured out their system is set up to not show your order until you arrive? So if they're very busy, you'll be waiting 5 to 15 minutes for your order.

  Super disappointing. We decided to make it an easy night and grab some Taco Bell for dinner, but unfortunately, it didn’t go well. Ordering through the drive-thru was frustrating, things I wanted were unavailable and tried to make the best of having to order something else. We finally placed our order, pulled up, and paid $31. The cashier with green hair apologized for the inconvenience and included some coupons, which we appreciated at the time. Once we got home, though, things got worse. The steak chalupas (which we paid extra to upgrade from beef to steak) had maybe four small pieces of steak in them. My husband also ordered the new limited-time steak fries, and those barely had any steak either. He ordered a beef Crunchwrap as well and well... since when does that come with beans? No beef whats so ever! Never did they say hey we are low on beef do you mind beans instead? Or would you like to wait for more beef to be made? Nothing at all. Poor communication, bad service and expensive for what it is! To top it all off, the “free taco” coupons we were given had expired two years ago! We wish we were exaggerating, but the experience really was that disappointing. In the end, we made frozen chicken nuggets in the air fryer. Honestly, that $10 bag saved the night.

  This location knows how to make the Mexican pizza the best!! Always kind and considerate through the drive through. Always remembers napkins. Thank you for your hard work!!

  I don't know why this place can't figure out how to wipe down the tables and clean the floor. Absolutely disgusting every time I've been in. Won't be back, you'd think they'd do something about with all the negative reviews...
