  Whoever was working on 5/4 2026 at 8:35 she's an older woman. And I did NOT have a good experience. She was constantly asking what I wanted after I told her multiple times. And when it came to closing the sandwich it took her 4 pairs of gloves and the sandwich was covered in mustard because of her gloves. she tried closing it all of the pickles, banana peppers, and lettuce fell out and she still tried to wrap it. I had to STOP her and say "are you gonna put those back on my sandwich?" She said "oh did you want me to?" Like i was supposed to eat it off the paper. This is ridiculous. and the same woman has done it 4 times in the past. UNACCEPTABLE

  First this subway's mobile ordering system is never, never working correctly. Either it's not working at all and you dont know that until after you spend the money or it let's you put in an order and then dissappear. It takes your money and you get no food. Then when you show up to the store the workers are always rude. This time I had told them my name for my mobile order sense it wasn't ready yet (already 5 minutes late) they told me it should be on the mobile order stand so I checked again and it wasn't there. I told the workes and they had me check the correct store and when I went to check on the app the app wouldn't let me pull up the order but it certainly pulled my money out of my bank account. I ended up leaving the store with no food and they got my 30 dollars. If you actually want to get something for your money dont go here.

  Ordered my sandwich and they didn’t have any Italian herbs and cheese bread. Then when the kid asked me what cheese they didn’t have anymore provolone cheese. Hardly any toppings in the cooler and the kid kept telling me the lead for that night quit because no one did what they were suppose to do. I pay for my sandwich and the kid charged me for the completely wrong sandwich. I get home and my bread was hard as a rock and was not ok with it any of it. Will not be returning to this one and from now on will be asking to see how soft the bread is first before I do anything.
