  Every time I order it's either it takes at least 30-45 minutes for my order, and most of the time either something is missing or the sodas taste only like the syrup, it was disappointing.

  When you first enter the parking lot there is a sign advertising their $7 Big Meal. The picture shows a burger, fries, drink and a sundae. When we asked about why we didn’t get the sundae, we were told it wasn’t included. Then why is it part of the photo? That’s a bit deceptive. Granted $7 is still a good price for what you do get but change your signage.

  I went at lunchtime. It wasn’t crazy busy. We waited for 30 minutes or more for our food. The food was cold, Didn’t taste good, And didn’t get the right items in my order. I never go here. It’s been like 2 to 3 years. Every time I go back, I remember why I never go there!!!! This is even supposed to be the best location in Loveland!

  Horrible location went at 130 pm waited 25 min at drive thru and no answer or response....r they even open

  Checked in for online order at 5pm, which was five minutes early. Waited 20 minutes to receive order, with only one other car in the lot. Server seemed surprised when I requested a drink carrier— one person, three Sonic Blasts. To top it off, the Blasts were basically warm milk, so they had clearly been sitting there the entire time I waited. Wish I could take back $6 tip.
