  Everything from here is always amazing quality, the service is fast, and the workers are good at their jobs. I try really hard not to let the highschoolers who work there make me feel insecure when they are inevitably rude without realizing it, but if you dont like kids I wouldnt reccomend coming here because it is the only demographic they hire.

  We made our order and it was very clear what we were requesting they messed up both drinks we requested them to remake one of them and they recharged us for remaking something they messed up on them brough out the new drink we had asked for extra cherrys on this one and when it was brought out we had 2 cherrys I didn’t know extra means 2 sad establishment poor work ethic from employees don’t go here!!

  Haven't been to Sonic since I was a kid and I remember liking it, and I was craving a smash burger so figured I'd try it. Extremely meh. No burnt edges or crust whatsoever, it tasted and felt like it was steamed. Definitely won't be going back. Also a pretty small burger. Basically any fast food burger would be better.

  This is for a January order I got for my 88 year old mother that I am a caregiver. She loves Sonics onion rings and I live near the foothills. After shopping at Walmart on Denver Avenue, I was going to stop at the Sonic on 13th, but decided on the South Lincoln as the food would stay warmer. I should of stayed at 13th.. We were very disappointed as the food was dry, old and overcooked. I went on the website, filled a complaint and got phone call. Problem is there is where it ended. You would think a gift certificate or offer something. Prices at Fast Food restaurants are not cheap and I do not go out to eat either because of fixed income. I won't go to to the South Lincoln restaurant even though it's closer to home.

  Had a mobile order that consisted of 4 items, waited over 20min at drive thru window, no one acknowledges you at the window. Was given food items and continued to wait for 2 drinks while order after order was delivered and payment taken on cars behind me. Food was cold. Will not visit this establishment again. Service and food quality beyond poor. Not worth the time or money spent.
