  2026 April 26th time 9:44pm I’ve been standing around waiting for TWO of my customers doordashes just to witness the staff use no gloves, eat off the line (you can see him still chewing in the video) and then proceed to handle the food like that. Absolutely disgusting. Nobody here was using gloves, even the manager in the blue hat prepping the food that’s about to go on the line. Grabbing food out of the bucket bare handed then into the smaller metal buckets the go on the “fresh line” Also heard the youngest guy here ask to that same manager - if he can open one of the buckets that has a plastic safe seal with his mouth because he couldn’t get it. That’s the standard and quality here for you 😂😂😂😭

  I've been there 3 times. First 2 times I was the 4th car in line and it took 20 minutes to get my food and 25 the second time. Went today for the 3rd time. 2nd car in line, pretty much empty parking lot as well and it took almost 10 minutes for the lady in front of me to get everything she ordered. Get back to work, 5 minute drive and my hamburger is cold again, cheese not even alittle melted and half the bottom bun was hard. By far the worst Sonic I've been thru in Colorado.

  Good for grabbing a cold drink (I love a slushy) but the food is consistently AWFUL quality. How do you make a bad mozzerella stick? 😂

  we ordered $50 worth of food and only received our drinks and mozzarella sticks. There is no excuse as to why my order was missing so much food. Have your employees actually double check orders before sending them out! Don’t eat here
