  Been here a few times, and I do online orders for my lunch breaks. Every single time I go through the drive-thru I have to sit there for more than 10 mins before anyone even acknowledge me, even after I have said "Hello" 4 separate times!! TERRIBLE!!!

  Aweful. Lady at the drive threw was kinda rude. Also waited there for like 10 mins and went around again because no one would answer, second time they did after 5 mins. Made me feel like it was a inconvenience that i was there. We were even trying to get there attention threw the speaker, no answer, no please hold on a moment, just ignored till they were ready. Not the first time either. Dont go here. Honestly there mcdonalds and raising cains down the road. Pandas better. Even walmarts a better option for quick and friendly service. Food wasnt even decent. Always disappointing

  Poorly run. I waited to review this location to make sure I wasn’t being too harsh. There has been no line the last three times I’ve visited, yet somehow there is always a long wait to place an order and an even longer wait to receive the food. The last time I went through the drive-thru, I ordered only one drink, and it still took an unreasonable amount of time.

  The chili had something crunchy in it grossed me out ! the hot dog inside was pink bun was stale and hard barely put a scoop of ice cream in the root beer floats fries were super super crunchy really expensive for what your getting

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This location opens at 7 AM. So imagine my disappointment when I sho up after 8 only wanting a soda and sit at the drive through speaker for over 10 minutes. No “we will be with you in a moment “ NOTHING. Okay?? Cool. I’ll go to a stall. Hit the button and proceed to wait ANOTHER 10 minutes STILL NO ANSWER. This is RIDICULOUS. I won’t ever be returning to this location again and I’ll be reaching out to corporate as it seems this is a common occurrence:) thanks for absolutely nothing:)
