We are frequently at the farmers markets in town. and all I wanted to do was make a couple kids at the market happy. Customer service told me they would give me a couple balloons and they were super nice about it. When I got to the floral department, it was a whole different ball game. The lady couldn’t even give me five balloons to make for children. She seemed visibly upset, exclaimed, “ I run the floral department, not them,” and then stated 🫨, “We use the animal balloons for displays!” She brought some goofy balloons from the back that of course when you blow them up—-are round. She went out of her way to be mean and not accommodate me, even when I told her I would definitely pay for them and she said, Yes. of course I would charge you for them.“ Which makes me believe as well she had them in the back. She had stated she uses them for displays so her comment about not having any wasn’t very believable. What the heck is wrong with people?

All for a newer manager to have reckless customer service. My ID is slightly expired, so I have a digital copy as well. We'll even Verizon couldn't bring it up with poor internet service. Like I said, 20 years I've been shopping here. He denied me based on policy, wasting my time. I will no longer be shopping here.
