  Made an $80.00 order for delivery at 615PM. 620 I check the status of the order-it was sourced out to Doordash. Doordash says they will deliver it "early" between 651-701. I call the restaurant, they say they don't know what's going on- the order "disappeared" from their system. Employee puts the manager on the phone- manager tells me only option is to "cancel the order" (however the employee told me the food was already made "3 minutes" before I called). I asked the manager for any other solutions so 80.00 of food isn't wasted- he told me he "had other orders to deal with, couldn't spend any more time on this one." (WHAT??) I asked if we picked it up, would there be a discount (as there was a discount on the app for pick up), and it would have been sitting there for 25 minutes before we got there. He said he would "take half off" and hung up on me. 10 minutes later, I get a message from a door dasher saying they have our order, and will be at our home in 29 minutes (meaning, our food would have been made and sitting for approximately 45 minutes before it was delivered). I call the restaurant back to find out what is going on- a woman informs me they cancelled the order- but they could remake it and we would need to pick it up. For full price. Never again.

  I had ordered a whole pizza to myself, and wasn't planning on writing a review, but after meeting Cam I legally had no choice. The experience was so profound that my phone opened Google Reviews on its own. I watched Cam move through the kitchen with the confidence of someone who had already seen the ending of the universe and knew everything was going to be okay. My pizza came out so perfect that I apologized to it before eating it. The crust had structural integrity that civil engineers should study. The cheese stretched farther than my student loans. The garlic sauce stared back at me like it knew my deepest fears and accepted me anyway. On the drive home every traffic light turned green. A bald eagle flew overhead. My Spotify shuffle suddenly started playing nothing but bangers. Cam didn't just make dinner, she altered my timeline.

  I came into this Papa John’s expecting nothing more than a pizza and a quiet night, but I ended up leaving with a full stomach and what might be the best relationship advice I've ever received. I had just gone through a breakup and was standing there waiting for my order while typing out a 47-message apology text to my ex. The manager, Allegra, noticed I looked upset and asked if I was okay. I told her the whole story — the breakup, the arguments, and my terrible plan to show up with flowers and a handwritten letter like I was in a movie. Allegra listened, looked at me, and said, "Maybe eat your pizza first before making any life decisions." I laughed, but honestly she was right. She somehow stopped me from sending the longest text message in history and saved me from making a decision I would've regretted. The craziest part is she was running the whole store while giving me better advice than most people I know. Phones were ringing, orders were coming out, and she was keeping everything together like a pizza-making therapist. The pizza was great, the service was even better, and I left feeling like I had my life slightly more together than when I walked in. Five stars for the food, five stars for Allegra, and five stars for saving me from myself.

  I was craving a late night pizza tonight, and had never been to Papa John’s before so I thought what the heck let’s do it! I had walked into the store at approximately 10:59 right before close (I know awful) and they still treated me with the upmost respect. It was the cleanest I’ve ever seen any restaurant! I was welcomed with two warm smiling faces. They introduced themselves as Allegra and Kai. They were the most well behaved teenagers I’ve seen running a restaurant. They worked so well together it was really an enchanting sight. They had taken my order and suggested their specialty Alfredo sauce, which I of course had to take them up on! After I got my order they encouraged me to take a bite right there when it was hot and fresh, AND LET ME TELL YOU this was the best Alfredo sauce I had grace my tastebuds! I suggest everyone go say hi to Kai and Allegra and ask them about that delicious Alfredo!!

  I’ve been coming to this Papa John’s for years and the staff has never failed to impress me!! Tonight the manager, Kai I believe his name was, went above and beyond for my order! Not only did he provide me excellent food and service, he also gave me advice on my failing marriage, that hasn’t been going well ever since I found out about her cheating on me with some pizza manager. Which I have no clue how he could’ve figured that out since I haven’t told anyone about that. I can only assume it was the look on my face that gave it away! Now that’s what I call caring for customers. Kai could find a second career in fortune telling!
