- BSBrooke Scaglione6 days ago1.0This location has horrible indoor customer service. You walk in, you have to order your food on your own. Then, you walk over to wait for your food. Yet, nobody is there at the counter. I stood there with 6 other people behind me while employees kept walking past ignoring every single one of us standing there, waiting on our food. After ten minutes, I finally said something to somebody walking by. All I wanted was a small French fry. That is all that I ordered. And not only did it take me 10 minutes to get my French frie, it also took me ten minutes and saying something to somebody in order to get it. This location has horrible customer service indoors. All you do is stare at a long gray dark wall while nobody is there to help you!!!! Poor poor customer service...management should be held accountable!!!

- LRLauren RosettaAug 2, 20261.0Ordered through the McDonald's app. I then get a message directly from a doordasher they connected me with through their app saying my order is delayed. A minute later it says review receipt. I called the number directly who texted me that it was delayed. He answered in English as well. When I asked where my food was he switched to Spanish and said no English only espanol. This guy stole my food. McDonald's told me to reach out to DoorDash- which I can't because I went through McDonald's app!! They offered no substitutes or credits for me having to go pick up my meal. Not to mention the delivery fee, service fee, gas fee, and tip I paid. What a disaster. When I told the manager I was frustrated she said " well it's frustrating for me too because now I have to remake it all for you". Horrible customer service.
