  I left a good review so I could get a free I ecream and they make you spin a wheel to get something and why would I want another fry after I just ate fries. I won’t be back

  The night shift manager working tonight is not qualified to be a manager. I've seen him joking around and standing around with his employees barely doing anything on multiple occasions. The only people working are the drive thru cashier and the cooks. I witnessed an employee sit his backside on a food surface, scratch his face, play on his phone, and then he proceeded to hand me my order without washing his hands. That's not sanitary. I was ignored for 10 minutes waiting on my pickup. It was marked as ready. I asked the cashier if they could hand me the order. She sighed and told the manager to tell me they wouldn't hand me the order. Pickup orders are not second class citizens and we deserve to be treated like every other customer. Not ignored while employees stand around joking, playing on their phone, and being unsanitary instead of helping us-- while the manager joins in and watches! Extremely unprofessional.

  I'm constantly ignored at this place. I was even flipped off from one of the employees who later claims He was just making random hand gestures. I'm generally a calm and patient person but this store gets on my last nerve. The old McDonald's by KFC which this one replaced was far better.

  We waited about 15 minutes for 4 chicken strips and a triple cheeseburger. The burger was absolutely horrid with old hard buns, burnt thin patties, and a bad smell, we threw it away. We only got 3 chicken strips so we lost out on money, they gave us fries as a replacement which were very oily, almost as if the oil was dirty. The chicken strips were pretty tasty but not worth the wait. Though the inside was relatively clean and the modern aesthetic is nice. We have gone here multiple times now and almost always have a bad experience. I would not recommend on taste of food nor wait.

  I went there this evening after work and I ordered my meal and I wanted a Mocha Frappe as well and they told me the machine had already been cleaned and shut down for the night... really? I was there at 8:39pm!! Since when do you shut it down for the day at that time!! I've went there before around the same time never had a problem. Really tired of McDonald's and there stupid machine not working or being shut down early!!
