Drive through was empty. Inside was full of people all in the same boat with hungry kids. The manager and franchise owner need to fix this location.

Also, they won’t allow us to pick these up in the drive-through so it’s kind of frustrating sitting there for a long time for no reason.

Following the Enter arrow, I was faced with oncoming traffic because it was one-way traffic. The service was terrible. ALL the employees are hiding back in the kitchen, but there was no ketchup or napkins which we could serve ourselves. There was no play-place. What a waste for a new McDonald's location.
