  Food was cold. Customer service was TERRIBLE. It took 20 minutes for 2 breakfast sandwiches. The staff have no idea what to do and are seriously not trained whatsoever

  I got helped by this girl named Jaz she was truly so kind and respectful when it came to helping me and my family and it was the best customer service ive gotten here. I truly hope this review can help her get the appretiation and notice she deserves. Thank you Jaz!!

  Probably one of the best out there, always clean and efficient. Doordash etc has changed the volume these restaurants have to contend with, and they do a great job at doing that while not ignoring customers. Also, good fresh food 😋

  I ordered ahead in the app to pick up curbside. When I arrived I waited 15 minutes, but no one came so I proceeded to go inside to see if I was forgotten as accidents do happen. I waited inside at the order counter for another ten minutes with multiple employees walking past me, not giving me the time a day. I saw most of the employees standing in a circle talking and laughing while one gentleman employee was working extremely hard packaging and running in and out to provide the drive thru line their orders. Thankful for him he was the one to finally acknowledge me waiting and proceeded to get my food with no help from the workers in the back. I finally got out to my car and noticed they forgot my daughter's happy meal so I had to again go back in wait to be acknowledged by no one but that poor gentleman employee and he apologized and received the missing item. Unfortunately, it just didn't seem like the employees wanted to work, service was slow, but no complaints on how the food tasted.

  I want to give credit where it is absolutely due: the early-morning drive-thru team at this location is amazing. I get off work around 5:00 a.m., and stopping here afterward had become part of my routine. Even when they were short-staffed, the team was prepared, organized, friendly, and on top of everything. That kind of service at 5 in the morning deserves recognition. Unfortunately, the pricing has changed that routine for me. I used to be able to get the Number 2 for $5, which made this an affordable stop after work. I work four days a week, so that came to about $20 a week. Now that the same meal is over $7, I'm looking at almost $30 a week for essentially the same routine. That difference may not sound huge on a single order, but over time it absolutely matters when you're budgeting. The staff here still provides excellent service, but unfortunately, the increased price makes it difficult to justify continuing to stop four mornings a week. Five-star employees—the pricing is the problem. Please bring back the $5 Number 2.
