First time for my meal, after about 10 mins I went to the counter and I watched my tray just sitting in the kitchen while workers took bags of food out. I had to ask if it was mine, she says yes and refresh the fries, after the whole thing was clearly sitting on their back counter for 3 minutes. Ordered later for table service. Just a McFlurry, after another 11 minutes, the server comes with it, melted. Shifty place to actually recieve food.

- MLmatt longstrethMay 2, 20261.0This place is slower than any normal sit-down restaurant on a busy Friday night. The absolute slowest. It should not take almost 45 minutes to make any pick up order!!!! Terrible. Order placed at 9:47am. Pick up ready at 10:25 am.
- LLLillianaApr 26, 20261.0We had ordered a mobile pick up order and when we got there at 12 Pm they ignored us even though our order went through and got paid for. They wouldn’t even come talk to us. Very unprofessional customer service. This McDonald’s dosent care about their customers at all.
