Daughter went in to order and togo three sandwhiches. 2 of the 3 were correct. The one that was supposed to be an ultimate was ... zero meat, a lesser version of a veggy. The total bill for that was outrageously 44 bucks and it took WAY to long to make. Unfortunetly we are not close, and didn't find out this was messed up till later. Normally JJ's does this well. That was disappointing. I spoke to a manager on the phone and they have made this right. Just check your bill and sandwhiches before you leave folks.

Picked up sandwich from online order. #5. Only tomatoes and onions on it. Buy same thing every Wednesday. Called will not deliver a new sandwich. This is very unacceptable

I’m not typically a reviewer but this first time JJ experience was worth noting. My daughter had tried a JJ sandwich at a party one time and we were on a mom-daughter date, and she picked JJ for lunch so we walked in and browsed the menu a while, even mentioning that we were first timers and there’s a lot of choices of sandwiches. We talked to the kind staff member at the register and she had some suggestions because I asked, and we narrowed it down to the “beachy”turkey one which said it had some avocado spread. I asked what that was like or had in it because I don’t wanna put it on it if she wouldn’t like it. I asked if there was any way my daughter could try a small bit to know if she wanted it on her sandwich. No one was behind us waiting or anything. The gal at register turned to her supervisor( I’m supposing )who was making sandwiches to ask, and she quickly said “umm No, we don’t do that. It’s expensive.” I was stunned and felt embarrassed/awkward honestly, but golly I just meant like a small taste on end of a disposable fork or something, not a giant portion. The gal at register felt awkward too I think, and softly suggested that I could request that on the side which makes perfect sense and a great solution that I didn’t think of because we very rarely eat out. The other gal that spoke never made eye contact after, and I just had an icky feeling. Anyway, the supervisor or whoever she was could have suggested the “on side thing” and been kinder about it and we wouldn’t have had our experience dampened at all, but I just felt like that curt answer was quite rude and unexpected. Anyway I don’t think we will be returning. Hopefully no one else has that experience and I wish them all the best.
