- SSSarahOct 7, 20262.0Staff was rude. Went in to get a gift card and stood at the counter for 5 minutes. One girl was on her phone made eye contact and walked away. There was another guy sitting on his phone and who kept looking up from it but wouldn't help.. I even called out and said that I needed some help but was completely ignored. I waited around for 7 minutes before leaving with nothing in hand.
- HNHeather NixonOct 4, 20265.0HTeaO is a great spot for tea lovers! My favorite is the Texas Chai. I especially love that you can purchase gallons to take home. Since I live about an hour away, being able to stock up on my favorite tea makes it easy to enjoy HTeaO at home without making a special trip. Highly recommend!

- RTRenee TroendlySep 30, 20265.0Wow they have a LARGE selections of teas with recipes , how to mix them together for different flavors
- MHMedina HalimovicSep 24, 20262.0The tea itself was good, but unfortunately, the experience with the staff was disappointing. The employees came across as rude and unwelcoming, which really took away from the overall experience. I would have given a higher rating if the customer service had been better.
