- LLLith3 days ago1.0I have never frequented a restaurant who has gotten my order wrong so many times despite me ordering online, that I almost feel it's being done on purpose if I didn't know it was mostly a bunch of underpaid students. I would go to a different Dunkin' in the area if there was one. Whether it's the sandwich is completely incorrect, items are missing, almost always no cold foam when asked for. I would not be leaving a review if it had not happened so, so many times. Why do I still go back? Because it's fairly priced coffee that I've enjoyed since my childhood, and I want to believe the next time I go it will be/get better, and it hasn't.

I have been told it’s something yall don’t offer anymore?

The coffee tasted a bit burnt and didn't seem very fresh, and the donut was dry like it had been sitting out for way too long. The whole area around the counter felt a little messy too, which was a bit of a letdown. I have had much better experiences at other locations, so I probably won't be stopping by this one again.
