The coffee tasted a bit burnt and didn't seem very fresh, and the donut was dry like it had been sitting out for way too long. The whole area around the counter felt a little messy too, which was a bit of a letdown. I have had much better experiences at other locations, so I probably won't be stopping by this one again.

The "blueberry" didn't even have fake blueberries in it, the chocolate was chalky at best and the jelly filled was confusing. All three were dry, bland and down right bad. I could not even choke them down with water. This really is a bummer, because I used to really like this place. Go to king soopers, or get hostess you'll be happier.

From the moment I walked in, it felt like customers were more of an inconvenience than a priority. Staff seemed unmotivated and uninterested in helping, which already set a negative tone. What made things worse was witnessing how the manager Kat interacts with both customers and EMPLOYEES. Instead of being professional or supportive, the manager was openly rude and dismissive. At one point, they spoke sharply to an employee right in front of everyone, which was uncomfortable to watch and completely unprofessional. It created an awkward atmosphere and made it clear that respect isn’t a priority here. The way the manager addressed customers wasn’t any better—responses came off as impatient and condescending, as if basic questions were a burden. It’s hard to enjoy or trust a business when leadership behaves that way, especially so openly. Overall, the lack of respect and poor communication from management trickles down into the entire experience. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to expect a similar level of service unless something changes.
