- BBBWalt5 days ago5.0We love this DQ. We drive down to this one from Fort Collins for the outside seating and great atmosphere. The kids that work here have an abundance of enthusiasm, they’re the best! I especially enjoy the memorabilia on the walls. My first job was at a DQ in the midwest, before the official blizzard was invented. There was an off-menu unofficial blizzard back then, it was a regulation milk shake (that was mixed from soft serve and milk) that had additional soft serve added to it to make it super extra thick; but standard milk shake flavors only because DQ didn’t have any candies yet.
