  Steak burrito was gross, with unevenly cut meat that was tough and fatty, soggy texture with marginal flavor. Entire restaurant was dirty, there was even guacamole on the floor. I used to love Chipotle but won’t be back to this location!

  This location took a hard left turn onto a path I won’t follow. Went in and the man making my burrito (Joesph I believe) was obviously new, asking about the menu and appearing nervous. He later admitted to being there a little over two weeks. While our burritos were being made, the cashier moved to the back kitchen, and while washing her hands, continuously smirked or seemed to laugh at the difficulties happening rolling the burritos. A large line of customers formed behind me, and multiple workers peered out, smirked, and seemed to hide in the back. We stood at the register with our food made until Joesph, alone, was able to catch up on the line (5stars for him). Once a cashier came out, he was very rude and attempted to “look busy” when we came for more tin foil. I went back to Joesph after finding my burrito wasn’t fixable from my attempt (It was originally falling out of the tinfoil. I get fat burritos and he couldn’t roll it). Joesph explained how his manager was the women in the back. I then went to the cashier, asking for a manager. Cashier insisted he was the manager, stating “okay” in a condescending tone with all of my concerns/complaints. This Chipotle is being ran like a playground and it’s a shame. I believe the “manager” was called Jose or something like that.

  If you don't want rice, which is an inexpensive filler, you won't get asked, or receive extra beans or anything else. You won't get asked if you want veg, you have to ask and you get a small measured amount. The food was not hot which is a common complaint. Service was curt and rushed, even with noone else in line.

  Usually this place beats the stigma surrounding chipotles. Tonight was an exception I can’t look past. Receipt time (7:44pm may 5 2026) I saw the guy who gave me minimal portions give the guy before me fat scoops without having to ask for extra. Meanwhile I got the thinnest scoop of rice and pinto 😂 says host name is “autumn” not sure if the guy with arm tattoos name is autumn, if so - that would be him

  Waited nearly 20 minutes for the order placed online after the expected time. Still wasn't ready so I left and requested refund. No refund, because the store won't answer, and they falsely put the order in as fulfilled. Poor management, and potentially corruption! The sad part is that it's not even the first time I've experienced this from the same store! Shame on me for it happening more than once.
