  I didn’t know it was possible to have bland Mexican food, but this chipotle location managed just that. Had a chicken burrito with added queso and the pico de gallo. Every component was bland and under seasoned. How hard is it to mix rice with lime, salt, and cilantro? How hard is it to salt the grilled chicken? How hard is it to put some garlic and salt in a pot of pinto beans? Also I got there about 2:30 which is a down time and usually no line. This time there was a long line but I figured a big group just walked in no problem they make each meal pretty fast. Boy was I wrong. Took about 20 minutes to clear about 7 people in front of me. There were about 6 employees and only one was doing any real work on the line. The rest were running around doing nothing useful - total lack of leadership. Also I saw them preparing many online orders right away ( with the long line getting longer ) , put them in the pick up area, only to sit the whole time I was in line and only 1 got picked up. You need to prioritize people that actually come into the store properly. This is my 2nd time at this location,the first was just a few months ago and the food was bland even then,

  The food at Chipotle was very delicious today—fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned, and exactly what I was craving. For such a busy store, I was seriously impressed with how quickly and smoothly everything moved. You’ve gotta give credit to the young adults on the crew—they work incredibly hard and stay on top of it even when they’re absolutely slammed the majority of the day. The line moved fast, the service was friendly and efficient, and they kept everything running like a well-oiled machine. Big shoutout and good job to the entire crew! You all make it look easy under pressure. Keep it up—this is how fast-casual should be done. I’ll definitely be back! 🌯

  Walking in should have alerted me to what the inside would be like! There was trash everywhere and the sidewalk was stained with food and grease! The inside area where the food was prepped was a disaster and dirty! Again trash everywhere. Food all over the counters. The food line was the same. The staff was fine, but not sure who was in charge or if anyone really cared. It was busy so they probably figured it really didn’t matter. Very sad, makes me never want to go back!

  Terrible customer service. I get it’s a Friday night and you’d rather be out with friends. But you’re at a job. Do your job and stop messing around. This dude in pics below has been messing around back and fourth out of the counter and playing on his phone and with friends instead of making online orders are getting out the door. I get closing time is in 30 minutes but you got orders still!! This is crazy behavior for at your job!

  My boyfriend ordered through doordash tonight. We were notified by the dasher that you have to grab the bag by the bottom because it was soaked. My burrito bowl was very soaked through so much it’s hard to pick up without it folding. I didn’t order anything with corn and i recieved a LOT of corn in my bowl, and lastly my bowl was soaked in the inside too. Not sure what the liquid even was. Everything was soaked and soggy and I will now not be eating it. Do better.
