  Always a ridiculous wait for in person ordering. If you see more than 3 people in line, turn around! Why is there only one person making food and taking payment?

  I usually don’t like to leave bad reviews. But man, this chipotle is riding a struggle bus. Every time we go the staff is angry you’re there or arguing with each other . You wait for 15 minutes before you’re greeted even if you’re the only people in line. We went today and they were out of beans, peppers, sofritas, and guacamole. I don’t eat meat so that is basically my entire meal. I asked if there was a way they could discount my meal since it was basically rice and cheese. The girl was annoyed I asked and said “it’s not like you’re not getting a normal portion of food why would we give you a discount” so we walked out. I’m not paying $15 for bowl of rice with minimal toppings. Note, she went and got beans from the back for someone else but refused to give me more and was bothered when I asked. This place has gone down hill, won’t be coming back.

  We had a meeting that lunch was needed. We went to a competitor rhymes with ShhmmmDoba and they refused to sell us food. (first we tried catering it wouldnt come in time then we were going to make 15 individual orders for same thing but the MOD said they wouldnt do that). We came to Chipolte explained situation, this MOD advised us about catering showing up to late but suggested we just make the order big. They happily took our order and loaded us up with a big box to take it all out. When we have these impromptu meetings we will definitely keep this store on our short list.

  They were not nice, and they charged me $10 for 3 tacos. When I received my order and back to home , there were only 2 tacos. 😡 For my second order, the honey chicken bowl, they had run out of chicken. When the employee prepared it, she only added the last 2 pieces of chicken. I told her I was willing to wait until more chicken was available so she could finish my order properly, but she ignored me and just added lettuce and cheese instead. 😡 Very poor customer service. I felt ignored and overcharged, and I would not recommend this place The customer service was poor, and I did not receive what I paid for.

  Edit: Went back tonight and had excellent service! All the food we wanted was available and fresh. We got there at 6:45 and waited. They didn't have any chicken at all. About 12 minutes after we got there, the chicken was available. My wife had ordered her meal. I was about to order mine when the guy in the back said it was 20 more minutes until the Honey Chicken would be available. By this time the line was backed up past the door. I may be mistaken, but Chipotle isn't a sit down and wait 20 minutes for food restaurant. My wife dealt with the same issue last week. This location used to have serious issues with things like that, but then seemed to get better. What is going on?
