  May5th Probably the most pathetic chipotle I have ever been to. They totally destroyed my burrito and tried to serve it to me anyway. When I asked the cashier if that's really how they're gonna give it to me they said it's not my problem. I didn't make it. Plus, the dining room is so disgusting with food all over the ground and on every single table. Clearly no one has cleaned or made a single attempt to keep a sanitary environment at any point throughout the day. The cashier also threw away my receipt without giving me an opportunity to ask for it. I threw my burrito away and walked away as my concern for the cleanliness of the restaurant and the disgrace of a burrito made it very apparent that they don't care about serving food in a professional or sanitary way. I will never be returning to this location. Whoever the GM of this location is, is failing miserably. Look at all the other terrible reviews and go eat elsewhere.

  I like the food in general. The advertising could be a little more truthy (looking at you Chipotle corporate). The new limited offer shows a picture with guac but guac is still an extra $2.75.

  I've been coming here for years, but won't be making a return trip. It's always dirty, even when it's dead. Today while there was a line, one guy was running orders and 6-7 others standing around. There were online orders coming in and a line backing up, one guy spent 10 minutes taking temperatures on the food bins, dipping the thermometer from the salsa, into the guac, into the sour cream, over and over again. Gross. Disgusting.

  This used to be a great option for grabbing a quick delicious meal, but I wouldn't anymore recommend it to anybody. They have messed up our orders numerous times, withholding ingredients and delivering unappealing and sloppy dishes

  I order from here pretty regularly. At least once or twice a week The order is made incorrectly about 25% or the time. The order is late about 50% of the time The service and quality is really really poor. If there were literally any other fast casual Mexican food options in lousiville I would never go here again. This place is literally open because there's only one other fast casual Mexican restaurant in the area. For that reason I'm not saying you shouldn't go here, just dont expect anything when it comes to the quality and consistency of the food.
