The cilantro sauce was unexpectedly and extremely spicy, and there was absolutely no warning or indication that it contained that level of heat. My son actually choked after eating it. Why would a cilantro sauce be made that spicy without clearly labeling it? Not everyone enjoys spicy food, and customers should be able to make an informed choice before adding a sauce to their meal. Spicy sauces should be clearly labeled and offered as an option, rather than surprising customers who aren’t expecting them. Unfortunately, after this experience, we won’t be coming back.

Got to the cashier and a young guy who was working rang me up for the guac. I said, you're charging me for the guac? And he says, yes only the ENTREE is free. I said, but I ordered a veggie burrito. If I had known you'd charge me, I would've had it put in the burrito. Whats the difference if its ON THE SIDE? And he just looked at me with an idiotic smile and read me the total again. Didnt check with coworkers about the rules around this and didnt CARE. . I just laughed said, OKAAAYYY and paid and walked out. What a rude, ignorant person who knows nothing about customer service. Manager, please let staff know that guac is free with a veggie burrito. This has never happened to me ever when I've redeemed a free burrito.
