  I placed an online order and went to pick it up. I get there and the owner tells me he never received it. He said he wants to help but his options were not helpful at all. I showed him the proof that I was charged and he wanted me to come back when hopefully his store received the order. Or told me to call corporate. Which has been an absolute joke! Still waiting for my refund.

  I placed an order this morning at 9am to be picked up at 11am. I get there and tell the man at the counter I was picking my order up and showed him my confirmation email. he told me he didnt have my order and was not going to make it bc hes not getting paid for it. I said jokingly “you get paid by the hour dont you?” and he starts yelling like a toddler “WHAT DID YOU JUST SAY IT ME, IM THE OWNER” then he proceeds to make my sandwich anyway while harassing me telling me “YOU NEED TO THINK ABOUT WHAT YOU SAID TO ME” i told him id like pepperjack not provalone then he throws my sandwich on the ground and tells me i need to call and cancel my order. this “owner” was extremely unprofessional, cussing and yelling in front of customers and just all around a terrible employee. i dont recommend ordering from this location.

  Wondering why I come here on a regular basis like right now…6:11 pm…. And it’s always closed. At least update your hours if you are not going to EVER BE OPEN AFTER 5:30/6:30 pm.
