  While we were waiting in the drive-through for 13 minutes, several people drove off I think you guys need to hire some more employees if we’re gonna own a business

  Food is good but service is super slow waited 10 minutes in drive thru just to order. 4 cars left. Then it took another 5 minutes to get food and drinks. Need to hire more employees 3 people working.

  So insanely slow and workers are incompetent. Every time I come here I end up leaving before getting food

  they have really good hot coffee no joke. I wasn't expecting it because it's fast food but it actually is really good taste and coffee, and they made it fresh at 1:30 in the afternoon. good Sonic.

  Went through the drive through, one car a head of and waited literally 9 min before I got my order. No one said sorry for the wait. When I got home" less then 4 min" my food was cold, I ordered no onion due to allergies the burger had onions so I just threw it away. I really liked Sonic as my goto fast burger place but no more. Maybe change management. I will not return!!!
