- PHPetra HJun 21, 20262.0This will be my last order with ANY Papa John's. Apparently they are charging a delivery fee but not using their own delivery drivers. They are using Doordash. Which means I have to wait for the doordash driver to go pick up another order while my pizza is getting cold. I don't use Doordash because it's a predatory model. I've used it once, and that's because I was really sick and needed soup. So disappointed. Papa John's Pizza is not good enough to deal with this BS. I'm out.

If you want to charge customers extra to cut corners on quality service when it’s allegedly “guaranteed” why are you cutting corners like this? I’m sure there are plenty of locals in need of a driver job. Don’t cut corners and pass the cost off to customers. Embarrassing! Also- not even giving the dashers a warming bag?! Wth?
- DSDeanna SApr 8, 20262.0I used to love papa johns pizza, but for the last couple months, it's been terrible. I loved the plain crust because it was soft and fluffy, and not too chewy. The last few pizzas we've ordered have a different crust: no flavor, kinda hard, mostly flat, and hard to chew. They've also made their sauce kinda spicy, and it doesn't really have any flavor anymore. I'm super sensitive to spice, and papa johns used to be "safe" for me, but not anymore. Adding insult to injury, they keep cooking them weird. We often order two pizzas, and the last couple times, one pizza will be fine, and the other looks really well done, which I hate. Tonight's was the worst yet. The texture and flavor of the cheese was all wrong because of how burnt it was. I'm starting to understand why people are bailing on these guys.
