This is the sixth time i’ve ordered a large iced coffee and it tastes Like it’s old or possibly the container needs to be cleaned out. The french fries have also been cold and greasy Unless you go during lunch hours ONLY! They don’t supply napkins or ketchup unless you ask, and this is a real inconvenience, especially when going through the drive-through. They rush you through to try to make their time limit even when you have a small order for one or two people and have you sit in a assigned spot and wait for your order to be brought to you. They are never friendly or even say thank you for anything. Do better McDonald’s do better at hiring a better staff or get them trained better.

I don’t think I’ve ever had someone run to get me ketchup before today. Somehow, a gas station McDonalds blows all the standalone locations in Boulder out of the water when it comes to customer experience.
