Decided to try this place for our anniversary, very disappointed. Service was slow. Husbands steak was suppose to be medium rare came out well done. Waited for what seemed forever for them to recook another steak. I ate my dinner and still no food for my husband. At this point we just asked for our bill and left. Not a very good anniversary. They should have at the least comped our drinks and my meal for the poor service. They apologized, but still wasn't enough for a special occasion. After all we chose their place to spend our anniversary. Will not be going back. I would say the view on the patio was the best part.

You can absolutely tell that this location is brand new. In fact, as soon as you walk into the hotel lobby, you can smell the newness. Getting to the restaurant is very easy because everything is very well labeled. Parking was easy too.
We made a reservation and were promptly seated. The view is beautiful!!!! 10/10
The service was good, but not great as it was clunky in some spots. For example, we had dirty dishes/glasses hanging around longer than necessary. Water was spilled on the table and never cleaned up. The server seemed a bit timid. Is spot seating a thing here? I am sure they will be fine with a bit more experience.
Where my dining experience lacked the most was the food. We ordered the porterhouse for 2 to celebrate my birthday and I am 100 percent positive that I have made better food on my grill or cast iron pan at home. The fat wasn't properly rendered on the steak and it was terribly underseasoned. The sides were whack! For the price ($158), I expected attention to detail.
Another thing, there needs to be someone expediting in the window because there were soooo many garnishes missing from dishes. We were supposed to get beer bread, steak sauce (a well seasoned steak shouldn't need sauce, but since it wasn't, a sauce was badly needed) and broccolini (they gave us asparagus and carrots instead, but it wasn't communicated to us)
We brought the leftovers home and they are still in the fridge. Also, my dessert was missing the garnishes mentioned on the menu.
I think if you are going for a tapas and drinks situation, you will be satisfied as the drinks were great. Dinner is kinda iffy at the moment.
Anyway, this place could get a second chance from me at some point, but they just need more time and training.

Overall poor experience. Zero communication after I called about my reservation but was no issue once we arrived. Service was very poor. Server didn’t seem to want to take my drink order and after they did, they never took my wife’s drink order until they arrived with my drink. Food was poor. Club sandwich with no turkey and bread was the heel of the bread and fries were cold. Forgot to order one of the burgers we ordered and the burger they did bring was raw. Asked for medium rare and medium well on the burgers and once they both arrived, they were both well done. Grilled cheese had more green stuff than cheese. Chicken tenders tasted “cheap” for the price we paid. $20 for a burger that had salty herb fries and a burger with some green stuff in it.
Poorly managed. We arrived and didn’t order for nearly 30 mins. Then took close to 40 mins for our partial food to arrive.

Wow stunning views! We have been excited for this hotel and restaurant to open up. We came in for some shareables around 6 pm and caught the end of the sunset.
The kitchen was out of two of the items we ordered, the duck wings on their website menu (which got us in the restaurant) ended up being really lean turkey wings, which came out on a plate of sad/wilted looking greens and what looked and tasted like costco tsatsiki. Not enough to moisten the driest confit I have ever had. The food quality did not match the price at all. The chips and dip, we were told it was 86d then we got it anyway with corn chips (not the housemade ones) for the same price. The dip was underwhelming. Were there even chives in it? It tasted like mayo with lemon.
Came again for breakfast to discover they had to delay open and 86d a bunch of food due to a situation with the cook top.
We have 15 years of restaurant service experience, so it seems like they are working out kinks being just opened a month or so ago. I would be open to trying again when we can afford some entrees, the view is worth it at least. Though the other reviews suggest they still have a loooot of room to grow, so might be better off walking a short distance to the Roost instead.
I am going to sound like a privileged snob, but for the menu pricing, details like: asking if we want a glass with my beer, clearing our plates from the tiny table as we finish the items, if you tell us gluten free crackers are available on our request and then bring us glutenous ones anyway (??!!), not waiting until we are paying our tab to finally refill our water. Etc. Those details elevate service, more staff training will help.
An underwhelming dining (appetizer) experience for $70. Except the view. Let’s hope the $60-$150 steaks are more worth it.

Beautiful space and the drinks were great but the food and service left a lot to be desired. We ordered the pork belly and scallops and the slider trio, both of which lacked any real flavor. I don’t know that there was any salt in either of our dishes.
The peach and tomato chutney on the pork belly and scallops didn’t taste like anything. And when you read pork belly and scallops you would think there would be a decent portion of pork belly, but it was about one piece of bacon worth and again had no flavor whatsoever.
The wild boar slider was very good aside from lacking salt, but the beef and bison ones weren’t great. The beef one just tasted like an unseasoned plain beef patty with cheese, and the bison one had potential but the flavor was not well rounded. Everything we ate felt like it was missing something. Which is a shame because the menu seems to be very thoughtfully crafted but the execution doesn’t seem to be there quite yet.
The service was confusing as well. Things came out within a somewhat reasonable amount of time but nobody checked in on us at all, we had to flag down our waitress anytime we wanted to order anything, and it felt like we were bothering her every time we asked. You would think with how responsive the management is on here that they would be more interested to hear people’s input while they are serving you. We sat outside and a couple came and sat across from us and they waited probably 30 minutes to be served but nobody came to take their orders, despite our waitress taking our drink order while we were sitting across the table from them. They ended up leaving.
I want to like it but I feel fleeced at the price point for the quality of food and service we received.
