  The coffee is always great at Dutch Bros. This location however is so weird to me, I drive thru right on main st. double lane, confusing and I thought I was going to blcok traffic

  Consistently terrible service. I've never been here without a less than 20 minute wait time no matter what time of the day it is. There are a ton of local coffee shops near this DB I need to remember so I don't do this again. Save yourself the time and go support one of them instead.

  Absolutely love the crew here! Even when its super busy they are so polite and get it all done fast. Recently I ordered online at the wrong location and they were so great about getting me my order anyways, and on a busy Mother's Day Sunday lol. Love it here

  The drive through wait is awful and the location is not good. Waited 30 min in the drive through and I ordered ahead but there is no way I could have parked and walked in because this location has the most cramped drive through area

  Isaiah and shift lead Eli were incredible, unfortunately their closing manager Travis was not able to make the experience too great. I’ve gone here a bit and have had great experiences, I walked here with my dog and held him in my arms (15lbs) asking if it’s okay if I have my dog while waiting inside. Eli and Isaiah finished my order and were being respectful trying to get the closing manager while I asked this. Travis came and immediately said “no dogs in the lobby” then proceeded to walk away. I respected the policy but my only concern is my spine which I just had fused in my lumbar recently. I waited for 20 minutes for my small drink with my dog outside and rain about to come down. I was starting to hurt after standing for a long while and found out Travis had not gotten my order done. I was told I’d receive it outside and did after coming inside to ask politely if it’s being made, which just then it was. I respect Eli for being very polite and honest about policy, Isaiah for trying to apologize and make up for the order and delay. Travis just needs to prioritize service rather than speed of the drive thru, Thank you.
