  Im not usually one to write a review but im a little upset about my experience today. Didn't get what I ordered and everyone was so rude, the food was cold too. Very disappointed

  I was begging my dad to get Dairy Queen instead of our local ice cream shop because I’ve always loved the mint Oreo blizzard and we order it and we get it, then as we’re driving away I look at the cup and it isn’t mint and it has very little Oreo in it and I was very disappointed that I just begged my dad to get me this blizzard and it wasn’t even close to right. Unfortunately, this is the second. I’m in a row that this has happened..

  I went through the drive through and asked for a cup of ice cream with the chocolate dip and extra dip. Went to pay and asked to give a tip..which is honestly insane for fast food. But I still gave 20% bc the girl was nice. Then im handed a chocolate dip cone.... saying say oh I asked for it in a a cup then the girl gives me a cup. Then I go to park and look at my receipt where im charged for the extra chocolate yet wasnt give. Any so I have to go back in a get some.... if you are asking for tips at least get orders correct... its bot like my order was very complicated 🙃

  Second time with a negative experience. Last time I went, my order was incorrect. I was charged what I ordered which was a 4 piece chicken piece but was given a 3 piece. I was given coupons for not wanting the ice cream that it goes with. The coupon reads free Sunday or $2 blizzard… I ordered some blizzards and gave the coupon. The gal in the window did not take the coupon because I didn’t order Sundays… I’ll travel further to avoid this location next time.
