There is so much cross contamination between items, a ton of rice and beans and salsa all over the counters. The guac was brown. The rice is undercooked. The meat is poorly cut. The staff was rude and didn’t even give us a receipt. Worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had.

The food is actually room temperature. I ordered it at 4:30 and asked to pickup at 5. Clearly they made it at 4:30 and let it sit for 30 min on the counter. My hard taco shells were soggy. I tried to get help via the website but the chat bot doesn’t recognize my order number. I won’t be ordering here ever again, and I wish I could get my $36 back. This is the second time I’ve received room temp food here. Maybe the health dept needs to visit?

Don't plan on coming back until Chipotle gets their shit together and actually gives me a norma sized burrito worth the 10 dollars.
