  Their steak and potatoes bowl was off, the one I received seemed like it had gone bad. The chicken sandwich was missing toppings and the chicken was flattened to the point it was mostly breading. Staff on shift was new but the supervisor was very helpful with the issue on my order for the steak bowl. I had saved the chicken sandwich for after I went home so there was nothing to be done about it. Chicken strips and fries were great though!

  Got there after a long trip on our way home hurt for them not to have any roast beef.

  I know Door Dash severely screwed up our order, but the least you could have done is remake our food. Thanks for being apologetic about the awful door dash lady, but having food for 2 adults and 3 kids sit there for an hour then allowing my husband to walk out with it is absolutely crazy.

  Hello Arby's corporate, but what in the tom foolery is going on with your products? I ordered a large fries, a chicken wrap, 5 peice tenders and a chicken bacon sandwich... and wow that quality is foul whoever approved you changing your fries for one, should be fired and made to pay restitution for ruining a once amazing curly fry. 1st they were cooked in very dark oil, so they tasted bitter, had no seasoning , and were paper thin and very greasy and dry. They were definitely refried 2nd, the chicken wrap thats almost $5 on app, was tiny and pathetic, looked like it belonged on a dollar menu 3rd, my 5 piece tenders were cooked so long they were jerkied and completely void of any moisture at all and none of the dips were put in the bag, even my dog didn't want to eat them the chicken sandwich was aight, but nothing to write home about this store needs a visit from corporate quality control
