  I have been waiting in the store for 17 minutes for the grab and go order I placed. The chain focuses on drive through as a priority over in person customers. There was no one in the drive through line when I pulled in. 11 cars have gone through the drive through while we stand here. It is infuriating!! Twice they have asked our names.

  The fact that on a Friday night, the busiest night of the week, this Taco Bell location is so greedy that they refuse to staff more than 3 employees, is the reason I’m giving a bad review. Absolute abuse of your employees and refusal to assist them in any way. My order was missing a taco that I paid for but I cannot fault the employees because they are getting paid next to nothing to serve an endless line of folks while they get paid absolute negligible wages. I was told by a manager that managers cap out at roughly $18 an hour, which is absolutely pathetic especially considering the amount of business this Taco Bell has. When I say DO BETTER I’m talking strictly to corporate and the absolutely fiendish and greedy higher management of the location and company. STOP scrounging people for every dollar and pay the employees what they are worth. Absolutely pathetic and there needs to be change in corporate management because plenty of customers have expressed disappointment and dissatisfaction not due to the employees themselves but ultimately due to how the corporation operates.

  Listen, this is a pretty solid Taco Bell location. But, friends, every time I order a chalaupa, the shell is stale. Can we fix it?
