- KKKaliAug 22, 20261.0Just got scammed. I ordered a carnitas burrito with no extras or toppings that would add cost. First off, it isn’t even folded well and falls apart as soon as I take it out of the foil. When I get to the register, they charge me $12.89 for it, which I know for a fact is more than it usually is. But I pay, and when I get my receipt, I notice that it’s totally wrong! They charged me for chicken when I got carnitas AND charged me an additional $1.70 for queso blanco, which I did not get. Very disappointed and will not be coming back. I understand if it was a genuine mistake but it’s very annoying for me as the customer to be overcharged. Maybe train your employees better so this doesn’t happen in the future.

I also filed a complaint to corporate Chipotle. This is the worse chipotle I’ve ever been to and the worst customer service I’ve experienced from any restaurant. This woman needs to be fired because they just lose a paying customer over her POOR attitude and customer service.
