- WTWillie Tibbetts1 day ago1.0Ordered catering for 30 ppl for office meeting. Delivery was to bring to reception and left on floor by elevator. Only delivered 64 ounces out of 120 ounces that I paid for. Per corporate, 4 oz per person is what you pay for regarding protein. This is not something that can be fixed quickly and had to make 3 calls to the 800# with problem. Initially customer service was just going to note my concern, I had to actually ask to get refund for fdood not received. Now I have to make an emergency order to feed the other half of my staff.

For a meal that cost over $20, I expected the extra meat I paid for, not a bowl that looked underfilled. To make matters worse, the chicken was extremely dry and lacked flavor, while the overall portion size was nowhere near what I typically receive at other Chipotle locations. Consistency seems to be a recurring issue here. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. I’ve given it multiple chances, hoping things would improve, but the portion sizes and food quality continue to be hit or miss. When customers pay extra for additional protein, they should receive what they paid for. Very disappointing and not worth the price. I’ll be thinking twice before ordering from this location again.

My partner and I went in a few weekends ago around 8:30 and they had already shut down their soda machines and wouldn’t offer a refund without a receipt which they didn’t give me. It took me pulling up my bank app to show them the transaction and they finally refunded it. Good food, bad staff, dirty/broken interior.
