    The bigger Mexican lady at the front gave me literally five pieces of steak inside my bowl. Left me no choice but to ask for a double size portion, makes me think they are doing it on purpose just to upcharge people. $21 for a bowl with barely four ingredients inside of it is absolutely crazy. I will be going to costa vida next time right across the street I think.

    Pathetic. Just like other reviews. I just got a bowl of sauce condiments. It wasn’t palatable or filling. Not the first time it happened but with DD i don’t have a choice of which chipotle and i took my chance. Please shut this place down already. The fact that this keeps happening and there are reviews shows the ethics of the people running this place.

    I ordered the new al pastor chicken, and the employee literally looked into the bin and saw maybe 3 old, dried-out pieces left… then asked me, “Do you want this?” Seriously? Instead of just making a fresh batch or even asking the kitchen (which is right there and fully visible), she glanced over her shoulder and just said there wasn’t any more. At that point I switched to steak, and of course—half a scoop. Classic. For the prices they’re charging now, the portions keep getting smaller and the effort keeps getting lower. Between serving scraps and skimping on portions, it just feels like they don’t care anymore. Definitely not worth it.

    Ordered deliver through DoorDash without reading reviews first (I know... I know). I ordered a very simple chicken quesadilla. On the side, rice, sour cream and Pico. Well... I got the sides (rice, sour cream and pico) with NO QUESADILLA! They literally did not include the main entree and delivered sides only 🤯 Will never order from this location again.

    We are in the Denver area visiting family and stopped by Chipotle in Lone Tree. We have never been to a Chipotle and were curious. The manager happened to be on the floor and we asked him a few questions. He was very accommodating and explained how everything works. The staff was very polite and the service was great. We ordered chicken adobo, rice and cheese and were very impressed. Delicious! Now we can go back to Florida and try chicken adobo there and compare. We will let you know what we think. Thanks Chipotle.
