  We used to go to this location twice a week when there was a female manager who was in charge of this location. She left and a new male started working there and ever since the manager change this store has gone down hill with service, food and atmosphere. The last time we went in was a few months ago, food was cold not well done like we ordered and the AC was so high it felt like a refrigerator in there! And noticed corporate was there looking around. Not surprised with how awful it has been. We decided today to try it again to see if it was any better. No one was in the restaurant, they had 2 employees working, one in the kitchen and one upfront. the kid up front barely spoke english, acted like he didnt know the menu, we asked for bone in and he asked us if that was the classic wings. we had to repeat what we wanted several times. We tried to order the 15 pc meal for 2, informed him we wanted all hot honey rub, he proceeded to ask what other flavor we wanted so again we stated ALL hot honey rub, then told him we wanted the large carrots in place of fries, he proceeded to ask if we wanted fries or veggies so again we had to say we wanted the large carrots, carrots ONLY. this whole time the phone was ringing so loud and no one was answering it. Even though the whole time the manager was standing up front at the counter next to us. Obviously seeing his employee was struggling and the phone was ringing and chose not to do anything. the last straw for us was when we were done ordering the kid said "that comes with one drink?" asked as a question we proceeded to say no the 15 pc meal for 2 comes with TWO DRINKS!! at this point we said never mind, and said we are done here. it was only at this point the manager decided to step in and say "I can take your order". dont care now!!! its too late, that is the problem these days..... Absolutely no customer service!!!!! DO BETTER WING STOP!! this place needs to get new management and new employees or risk getting shut down due to no customers.

  they have messed up our order each of the 3 times I've been to this location. they are slow in the kitchen and rude at the front. I swear I will never each this crap again, its more expensive than mom n pop wings anyway. this last time our buffalo had a tablespoon of sauce at the bottom, and none dressed. our garlic parm were the same. this staff are ate up like good wings.
