  I placed an order in August and never received it, but they still charged me, and I have yet to receive a refund and now a month afterward. Ive been in contact with multiple representatives and have received no resolution.

  Don't even bother. They are always having problems with their "system" there were 4 cars waiting today in line and not one employee could come out and tell us that they weren't taking orders. I had to get out of my car after 10mins of waiting and ask the person who was at the speaker if they greeted him yet and he said no so I walked up to the drive through window and their was a car full of girls who said they had been waiting for like 15 minutes, there wasn't an employee in the place that I could see and then finally ran into one in the parking lot and she said her system was down, boy that's an understatement. All I was there for was a drink on my 30 min break so it wasn't a huge deal however it was a waste of time.

  Sat at the order screen for over 8 minutes. All the cars in front got to the window, paid and left. No cars left in line! Still no one comes to take the order. I left and definitely honked at them on the way out.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I made a pick up order and selected this store. For some reason, the mobile app changed the pickup location to a different store. I asked the manager for help and she claimed she couldn't help me because she doesn't use the app. Amazing customer service :(
