  If I could go lower i would last year 3 times I placed an order on the mobile app and pulled in entered the stall number and 20 plus minutes I had To push the button to find out where my food was one of those times I fell asleep I called corporate of course ZERO follow up from the owner or sonic..I stopped by last sat placed an order 25 minutes lster here I am pushing the button to again find out where my food was that was supposedly delivered to me I got the food th d drink was melted food cold and again ZERO response from tge owner or corporate..its clear that neither party cares about quality and or customer service...I will NEVER go to this location agsin too many other companies would like my money and willing to give me a smidge of service

  Costumer service is terrible. I sat in the drive thru with my dad who just wanted a cherry limeade for 20 minutes, later pulled up to the window to try and order- this was after the cars infront of us finally moved- we were further ignored along with the two cars behind us. There were plenty of workers with intercom head pieces on. Watched multiple workers check their phones and text while we were still trying to get attention in the drive through.

  Slowest sonic. Poor customer service. Food is always a hit or miss if it’s going to be good or not. Slushies are now served in plastic cups, they are all melted and not slushies by the time you get home.

  Went through the drive thru today at 4:50pm and had a horrible experience with sophie. She messed up our order that she repeated correctly back to us. Then gives us the wrong drink at the window and refuses to take accountability. She did not offer to remake the drink or refund or do anything to rectify the mistake. Something that should not of been an issue become one she argued with me and was so rude and unprofessional.

  Terrible experience from the staff at this location. Ordered food at a stall and we were missing one item so we called in and told them. Employee came back on the speaker and argued with us that we already received the item according to the kitchen staff which we clearly did not get. Will not be back.
