  I just spent 45 minutes trying to figure out the refund policy on custom cakes. Nobody answers the phones and once they do transfer you straight back to a different department instantly that isn't going to answer... I did not order filling on a cake and it had fruit filling, which isn't a huge deal unless you are 6-year-old girls (twins) who specifically chose a cake and asked for no fruit filling... Then you are crying at your own birthday party and not eating your own cake. If you want to piss off a single father and make his daughter cry. I was given attitude when I called to try to ask,,, they said they would refund it but it is now the day after the party,,, I wasted near an hour of my time, after the fact .. I also ordered a cake from a different store the week previously, and received a call 5 days later that that store did not have a baker. So I had to reorder at a store that is far away... I also requested to pick it up Saturday morning but got an email that it was ready Friday afternoon, not super satisfied with the whole experience.

  App glitched out as I was trying to change the payment method for the $360 order I was trying to place for pickup today and closed down the app entirely instead. When I reopened it, the order had been placed with no coupons applied and the wrong payment method. Had to search for a customer service number, couldn't find a way to get help directly on the app, not even listed contact info for getting help. Found the number and called it, only to endure the most unhelpful and ignorant customer service rep who put me on hold for 20 minutes at a time while coming back in to only repeat the same nonsensical sentence about a refund (when no funds had been placed on hold or pulled from my account, in fact the order hadn'teven started to be shopped atbthat point) and mumbling something about their inability to help other than that. I even attempted to clarify if I needed to spend another hour reordering over 70 items just to get ris order successfully and she couldn't tell me, couldn't explain how they were going to refund funds that had never been pulled, or how I could just do what I wanted to do in the forest place- get my groceries. So I asked to cancel the order after speaking with a supervisor that was also incredibly unhelpful. I simply can't spend money going forward with a company that is this terrible at customer service. Oh- and come to find out they could have just cancelled the order, I could have reordered it all with the press of one button and applied the right payment method- but not one of the three different reps I talked to could bring me to that resolution. Very sad.

  Felt like I was being followed around the store and harassed. Expired foods and drinks on shelves, when I asked about it security made a comment about trespassing me.
