Lately, I go in and the employees seem tense and the vibe is not upbeat. Please tell me has happened. I know Brenda retired, but there is a different feel to the store. I hope it’s not turning corporate? I think think something happened to Dan the manager. He made the store feel like family. Please let me know what happened.

I don’t see any structure and the front end can do whatever they want apparently and they don’t have to help customers anymore. I needed help in self checkout and the kid working the self checkout (I believe his name was Ian) was more worried about his phone then the 3 customers waiting for him to do his job and help us. I’m going to start going to another location. I feel bad for the employees who work and do their job when there are other ones being lazy and worried about text messages or videos than customers.
