  I ordered a cubed pepperoni pizza,got half cheese half pepperoni,and I got another pizza I didn't even order,really???

  finally a pizza joint that knows the definition of "extra sauce," I've become numb to the disappointment of ordering extra sauce from various restaurants only to get a dry pizza. These guys really hooked me up with that parmesan sauce, good as hell pizza, thanks a ton

  Do not use for large group events. Called to ask how early I should place a large order of 15 pizzas and was told 3 days. So I placed an order on Tuesday 5/12 for delivery on Saturday 5/16 at 10:45am. Order went thru, received a confirmation email. Morning of the event, 5/16 I received a text at 10:15am that my order had been assigned to a door dash driver for delivery and they sometimes partner with them for deliveries. 10:45am I received a text from the door dash driver that he was at the pizza hut and the door is locked and no one is there. I replied that they open at 9am so there should be someone there. He said, sorry I can't help you. I called pizza hut and got a national operator. Let her know the situation, she put me on hold for awhile, came back and said, "I got thru to the store, one employee just got there. He can start working on your order now or I can cancel the order" at this point my event was about over and no one was going to be around to eat 15 pizzas so I asked her to cancel the order. Overall a bummer as I had committed to feeding a group of people and I had to explain why they had to leave hungry. Very disappointing.

  Wow your rewards program went to garbage as if you hate your guests. Corporate greed taking the charts, and saying we wil give subpar cheese , toppings and minimal sauce as standard. I will gladly lean upon In @ out or Chick filet, that has not sold out to a monolith corprate structure that hates the people that make them rich. Unacceptable in the down trodden ingredients you supply for the cost. We need GOD again in structure of all to combat a greed that has no scale.....
