    I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald's today. When I arrived at the drive-thru, the employee started taking my order but interrupted me halfway through and asked me to wait. It sounded like she began helping another customer before coming back to finish my order. While I understand that employees can be busy, this seemed to create confusion. After paying, I noticed the total seemed higher than usual. When I received my food, I checked the bag before leaving and found that I had been given the wrong meal. When I politely pointed out the mistake, the employee insisted that I had ordered it, even though I am confident that I did not. What bothered me most was not the mistake itself, but the way the situation was handled. Instead of trying to verify the order or help resolve the issue, the employee immediately blamed me and spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner. There was no effort to check whether the order had been entered incorrectly, no explanation, and no attempt to review any price difference. I was simply handed the food and made to feel like the problem was entirely my fault. Everyone makes mistakes, and I understand that. However, customers should be treated with respect when those mistakes happen. The poor attitude and lack of customer service were much more frustrating than the incorrect order itself.

    This location is constantly a let down. My fries are rock hard and definitely old. I honestly don't know how this location is still open
