  I have had good service and food everytime I have been here. The store is very clean. The employees are friendly. They have a fun chalkboard wall to draw art or write on.

  It says they close at 9 PM. I got here at 8:41 and the doors are locked.

  There was an issue with the order which appears to be that we had similar names. My order ended up being someone else's so it was completely wrong. They were polite and remade my sandwiches. I appreciate that they fixed the situation.

  I ordered two sandwiches one for me to share with my mother and one for my son. My order was delivered and I was missing a sandwich. I called and spoke with the GM - Tasia and she was so incredibly rude to me on the phone- literally said to me I need to stop talking while trying to explain what happened. She refused to refund the sandwich that was not delivered and told me she would 'write my name down' and I could go to the store and get a free sandwich. She claimed there is no way to refund my sandwich and refused to give me any contact information for anyone higher than her so I could complain about how rude she was on the phone.

  This location is EXTREMELY slow and they always get your order wrong. Tried it at least 3 times and its always bad
