  MADE FOOD INCORRECTLY ON TAKEOUT ORDER, REFUSED REFUND UNLESS I RETURNED IN PERSON. I ordered in person, to go, asked for a sandwich to be made without tomato and mayo, and discovered after returning home with the food that the sandwich was made with tomato and mayo. I called the restaurant and explained the issue, and requested that the price of the sandwich be refunded so I could place a separate delivery order for a replacement. The employee claimed, falsely, that I had not asked for tomato and mayo to be omitted. I did ask. There were two people at the counter and I had to repeat my order due to ambient noise in the restaurant, so the original mistake was almost certainly an honest miscommunication but I do not appreciate being accused of lying. The employee then told me that the food would only be remade if I returned to the store in person, and explained this in a rude and condescending tone. No reasoning was given for this. While I understand that this may be franchise or company-wide policy and not the fault of individual employees, requiring a customers to take a second trip to the store solely to correct the restaurant's mistake when Jimmy John's offers delivery orders is an unreasonable barrier clearly intended to discourage customers from having incorrect orders corrected. I was completely willing to pay the cost of delivery, and to turn the uneaten original sandwich over to the driver or otherwise provide proof of it being discarded. I was not given the option of doing this. Jimmy John's may be a good fit for you if you plan on dining in, or if you like to add variety to your life by playing roulette with what food you will receive. However if you are ordering takeout and like to eat the food you actually ordered, I recommend avoiding this location. Rating atmosphere 3 stars as the restaurant was a restaurant and had no obvious issues. Food 1 star as I received the wrong food and was not given a practical way of correcting it, Service 1 star due to reasons above.

  first time i’ve ever felt uncomfortable in a jimmy johns, we went in 40 minutes before close and the worker was huffing and puffing slamming things around and cursing under his breath while we were waiting for our sandwiches. usually i love this jimmy johns but we did not feel welcome tonight

  Ordered via the JJ app. Got a text that Uber was going to deliver it. Thought that was strange but okay. Suddenly it says my lunch was delivered. Nope. Look outside thinking they left it by the front door (even though it gives the suite). Nope. Checked app and waited, thinking they jumped the gun on marking it on their end. Nope. Called the store and the guy tells me his driver called out and they have to use third party. Okay, so....... do I get a new lunch or a refund? He doesn't know what happens when it's a third party, he says and bascially hung up on me. How freakin' rude. I'll be filing a bank claim on THAT charge!

  Got lunch here today. Sandwich was amazing. I ordered 2 sandwiches and they had them out very quickly.
