  The kids working have absolutely horrid customer service. Trying to have a conversation with them is like talking to a brick wall. The only person there that has a personality and can have a conversation is the guy who attacked Bret Hart. Shoutout that guy

  It's a Jimmy John's! What more can you want. I walked in the morning of my wedding and asked them if they could drum up some subs for my groomsmen and myself and they obliged and got us out the door with a bunch of sandwiches in like 30 minutes. Good job, Jimmy John's.

  This is the slowest jj. 3 people in front of me and from the time I placed my order to the time I got it was 17 minutes. I counted 5 people on the line and on 2 of them were actually doing anything.

  I'm just wondering why Jimmy John's corporate is not stepped in and reprimanded this franchise owner for not providing better customer service. This location charges more than other locations, does not have enough fresh ingredients like other places, and they do not participate in some of the sales that the corporate advertising puts out. It's really deceiving when your parents see an advertisement tell you to go take advantage of that deal and then when you get there the location says they will honor the promotions from Jimmy John's website.

  They did amazing on my veggie sub today. I am so happy! I was a little concerned because of the negative reviews but I’m glad I tried this location! I placed my order on the app and it was ready in less than five minutes and I went to the bathroom as well and it was very clean. Thank you for the great service. I appreciate it.🙏
