Been here several times and it ALWAYS takes at least 20 minutes to get one damn drink, no matter how short the line is. Black rock and Starbucks NEVER have this wait. What a joke.

Dutch Bros is a great start to my day. The coffee is excellent, the service is quick, and the staff is always friendly. But Rye is truly the best part of this location. He greets me with genuine kindness, looks me in the eyes like a man, and always brings positive energy to our conversations. Sometimes that connection is the best part of my day and means even more than the coffee. Thank you, Rye, for being such an amazing human being.
