    Our first visit to Dutch Brothers. It did not disappoint! To Melanie, who took our order outside. To Rye and Mia, who completed the orders. Fabulous coffee! Fabulous service! We will be back!

    They were so nice here. I am not usually a new spot tryer, but this is definitely one I would recommend if you're like me. They definitly were pretty busy but it honestly was very well organized and went quick. The drink was yummy too. I can't wait for pumpkin soon

    The staff here are very sweet and the drinks are great. My complaint is with how the drive-through lane is set up. It splits into a zigzag with two sides, and if you end up on the left side (even if you got in line first), cars on the right side can cut in front of you. The baristas end up helping the right-side cars first, so you can end up sitting for an extra 15 minutes watching people who arrived after you get served first. Beyond just being inconvenient, this setup can create tension between customers. One driver who cut in front of me was aggressive about it, and situations like that have the potential to escalate into road rage, especially when people feel they have to assert themselves just to keep their place in line. I don’t think this is good customer service, since it doesn’t respect a first-come, first-served order. I mentioned this to the manager, Sam, who was very nice but said that’s just how they do things. I’d encourage them to reconsider this process so customers aren’t penalized just for being on the “wrong” side of the line.
