- LFLets B. Frank3 days ago1.0The quality of the food and drinks at this Dunkin has gone downhill incredibly fast. My first bad experience was with a drive-thru order for a matcha latte. I took one sip as I was pulling away and immediately had to spit it out. When I looked at the drink, it was a disgusting brown color. I went back inside and explained that I had ordered a matcha latte but had clearly been given something with coffee in it. Instead of trying to help, the employee argued with me for several minutes, insisting that a latte means coffee, so this was correct. It wasn't until another employee stepped in and explained what a matcha latte actually is that the confusion was resolved. Despite the obvious mistake, I never received an apology—just an irritated employee acting like I was the problem. I decided to give this location one more chance today and ordered another matcha latte. This time, it was basically a cup of iced milk with little to no matcha flavor. Two attempts, two terrible drinks. I'm also not a fan of having the tip prompt built into every payment. Tipping should be for good service, and unfortunately, that's not what I've experienced here. I'm done giving this location chances. Between the declining quality, poorly trained staff, and consistently disappointing service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

I ordered ahead, even clicking past pop-up asking if I wanted to wait until I was closer, and still had to wait 15mins at the store and never got my wraps before I had to leave. I would not have left a review if this was my first such experience at this location.

Stood at the counter and never even received an acknowledgment that I was there. And they always seem to be out of everything. If you order something and they are out, they just throw a different donut in the bag and don’t say anything.

I walked right out. They also charge $3.15 for a SMALL regular hot coffee, if you want your money stolen and to be ignored go here.
