The specialty coffee drinks are always good. Whenever we have dined in, their staff just seems kind of annoyed if they have to wait for us to decide what to order. Not a bad place, but they definitely have some things to work on.

I took one sip as I was pulling away and immediately had to spit it out. When I looked at the drink, it was a disgusting brown color. I went back inside and explained that I had ordered a matcha latte but had clearly been given something with coffee in it. Instead of trying to help, the employee argued with me for several minutes, insisting that a latte means coffee, so this was correct. It wasn't until another employee stepped in and explained what a matcha latte actually is that the confusion was resolved. Despite the obvious mistake, I never received an apology—just an irritated employee acting like I was the problem. I decided to give this location one more chance today and ordered another matcha latte. This time, it was basically a cup of iced milk with little to no matcha flavor. Two attempts, two terrible drinks. I'm also not a fan of having the tip prompt built into every payment. Tipping should be for good service, and unfortunately, that's not what I've experienced here. I'm done giving this location chances. Between the declining quality, poorly trained staff, and consistently disappointing service, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
